Description
The plot with entry from the shorter width of thirty feet faces South. There is a back lane in the North direction and newly constructed builder floors on either sides.
The house includes stilt with four floors. The floors have a single unit on each floor having three bedrooms, with attached toilets, one kitchen, powder room, service balcony, leisure balcony with extra entertainment/ recreational/ family space. The house has been designed with keeping sun and wind directions, green building parameters and local bye-laws in mind.
The planning is for a minimum maintenance, maximum usage and aesthetically appealing house. The house is made to be healthier for the residents by enveloping the house in greenery. Each floor is independent in terms of services and parking.
